New in the online library of the Prince Claus Fund website is the Prince Claus Fund Reader. The reader, edited by Siri Driessen, presents a thematic selection of the extensive publishing practices of the Fund. This selection includes the Prince Claus Fund Journal, the Prince Claus Awards Books, the books published under the Prince Claus Fund Library imprint, and cultural magazines supported by the Fund. The Reader offers a fresh view into the history of the Fund. In making unexpected connections, even articles from the earliest days find relevance.

So far the Prince Claus Fund has published three readers. The first reader focuses on political sensitive projects. Action is the theme of the second reader and the third reader concentrates on Understanding and Identity.

The presented publications in the reader are selected and collected by Siri Driessen. In her introduction to each of the readers she shows how the articles fit within the chosen theme and why the articles, although some of them were written more than a decade ago, are important in contemporary thinking.
