A propos des Programmes
En travaillant à la fois avec des personnes privées et des organisations en Afrique, en Asie, en Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes, la Fondation subventionne et initie des activités qui contribuent à une interaction positive entre culture et développement. La Fondation Prince Claus a mis en place trois grands programmes pour soutenir des actions culturelles et accroître la conscience de l’importance de la culture comme besoin fondamental.
Ticket Grant
The Prince Claus Ticket Grant supports cross-cultural exchange between artists and cultural practitioners in Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. The Ticket Grant specifically covers the cost of tickets for travel (e.g. plane or train tickets).

Lives Behind
On 3 May the 2011 Prince Claus Award was presented to Rena Effendi in Baku, Azerbaijan. The exhibition Lives Behind with her photographs is on show in the Prince Claus Fund Gallery till 24 May 2012

Shahidul's Journey
The Prince Claus Fund organised the book presentation of the photo book My Journey as a Witness by Shahidul Alam on 24 January 2012. In Foam Amsterdam Shahidul passionately told the story of his journey to becoming among other a photographer and a cultural activist who in his own way fights for justice and equality in his country Bangladesh
