26.3.2012 International premiere Saving Face
The Prince Claus Fund presented on Monday 26 March the international premiere of the extended version of the Oscar winning documentary Saving Face by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Daniel Junge during the Movies that Matter Festival. After the screening there was a Q&A with both filmmakers and NGO's working with acid survivors, led by Christa Meindersma – director of the Prince Claus Fund.

2002 Prince Claus laureate Ali Ferzat last years work is on show in the Mica Gallery, London from 20 March till 29 March.
18.3.2012 2011 Prince Claus Award presented to Rabih Mroué
On Thursday 15 March the Dutch Ambassador to Lebanon, HE Mr. H. de Boer presented the 2011 Prince Claus Award to performance artist Rabih Mroué in the presence of Minister of Culture of Lebanon, HE Mr. G. Layoun. The ceremony took place at the Ashkal Alwan workspace of 2006 Prince Claus laureate Christine Tohme in Beirut, Lebanon.

2001 Prince Claus laureate Ibrahim El-Salahi exhibits in the Sharjah Art Museum in the United Arabic Emirates from 20 March till 31 May 2012.
